2.5.1 (2025-07-15) Amount required for quote Breaking

• POST /v2/quote requires an amount (amount or amount_destination), so every quote carries a rate.
• The quote's amount is in the source currency; a payment's amount is in the destination currency. Send the quote's amount_destination as the payment amount; it is checked against the quote's min/max band.
